The Market Research Desk is a full service market research company founded in 2009. The company was formed by professionals coming from the market research industry who realized that there was a gap in the industry’s product offering. That gap is a company who is able to provide interview centric research on niche industries at an affordable price.
Much of our competition delivers research at “an arm’s length” - meaning the deliverable is desk research heavy. While those techniques are important to use in a project, the foundation of our research is person to person interviews (over the phone or face to face). We believe that the real value of a market research project is extracted out of people that are directly involved in the industry. Our organization is researcher focused so the expert analysts are the same people who research, interview, write and edit our reports.
We put the highest level analysts on the front lines, “taking over an industry” during the course of a project and providing value to the industry as well as to the client.
